製品をリセットする | Bose Ultra Open Earbuds

Note: Resetting the earbuds clears its Bluetooth device list.

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. They should magnetically snap into place.
2. With the charging case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 20 seconds until the earbud status light blinks white 2 times, slowly blink blue, and then turn off.

When the reset is complete, the earbud status lights glow according to the charging status, then slowly blink blewmd&ash;indicting the earbuds are in discoverable mode so they can be found and connected to another device.

1. On the device(s) connected to the earbuds, remove the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds from the list of paired/connected devices.
2. In the Bose App, remove the earbuds from your Bose account
3. . With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 20 seconds until the earbuds status lights blink white 2 times, slowly blink blue, and then turn off.
4. Repeat the previous step 2 more times.
   After the third time, the status lights blink amber for 3 seconds to indicate factory settings are being restored.

When the restore is complete, the status lights slowly blink blue. The earbuds are now in their original out-of-box state.
