IMPORTANT:
- The device must be within range (30 ft or 9 m) and powered on
- Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your mobile device
- Make sure the Bose Earbuds are listed in the mobile device's Bluetooth pairing list
When you remove the earbuds from the case, they automatically try to reconnect to the most recently used device. If you want to connect them to a different device they’ve paired with before, switch the connection from that device’s Bluetooth settings:
- Open the Bluetooth settings on the device you want to use (for example, your phone or computer).
- Find the Bose earbuds in the list of paired devices and select them.
- The earbuds will switch over and connect to this device, taking the connection away from whichever device they were previously connected to.
